As the customer, you are the only one who can contact TEP when it comes to your interconnect application. You may or may not know that TEP is very short staffed and has had an increase in solar applications by over 100% this year.

Arizona Corporation Commission
The next step after contacting TEP is to file a formal complaint with the ACC (Arizona Corporation Commission). It has been suggested that the ACC is the only entity that can push TEP to escalate a complaint or hire more staff.
